With a density of 0.927, surpassing the typical 0.920 of standard LDPE grades, this resin offers significant advantages, including enhanced resistance to deformation under external pressure, making it ideal for demanding medical applications. Its superior melt temperature range of 117-120°C, as opposed to 91003’s 115°C, ensures improved thermal stability. Moreover, LDPE 93004 HEALTH+ features a higher autoclave temperature of 115 degrees, enhancing its sterilization efficacy and ensuring thorough elimination of pathogens and contaminants.
